Performance Assessment

Performance Assessment offers a comprehensive program to benchmark capital project performance. Established in 1995, it now includes a variety of programs tailored to assess Best Practice implementation; provide comparisons to "best in class;" as well as to support sector-specific metrics tailored to the unique needs of each sector.

Provides benchmarking of a project’s management team regarding their project’s performance, team dynamics, and organizational relationships

Provides benchmarking of qualitative & quantitative and productivity metrics of real-time project performance

The Federal Facilities Data Analytics Research and Applications Program (FF‐DARAP) will utilize a state‐of‐the‐art, secure data warehouse to benchmark capital project data to facilitate and improve internal planning and execution outcomes.

Provides benchmarking for health care organizations to compare their capital facilities projects to the rest of the industry and to obtain quantitative information to support decision-making

Measuring petroleum and chemical companies costs associated with the construction of major industry facilities

Provides capital facilities project benchmarking for manufacturing and life sciences organizations with relevant absolute cost, schedule, and dimension metrics to provide investment assurance and valuable insights into project execution.
